Youth teams off to a flyer

Danny Thomas scored a hat-trick as the City U19's beat Swansea 4 - 0 at the Vetch on Saturday in their opening Avon Combination U19 game. Stuart Fleetwood scored the other goal in a match dominated by the young Bluebirds.

The U17's also kicked off to a winning start with a 4 - 1 win away at Bristol Rovers in the AC U17 league. There was a hat-trick for Mike Hartley with City's other goal coming from Julio Walters.
