All first, second and third division sides will be represented (apart from Ipswich Town who are in the UEFA cup, and Boston United / Bristol Rovers who will play in a preliminary round tie).
The games are now one off ties decided on the night. Extra time and penalties if necessary. The game will take place w/c 9 September 2002.
