Here's what you need to create the
Cardiff supporter's face:-
Using a sponge, apply a base layer of the white paint one side of the face.
Using a clean sponge, apply a layer of the blue paint on the other side of the face.
To finish, get creative and using a brush, paint on some bluebirds with the blue paint.
