It's almost as if the local press are willing the manager to leave the Bluebirds through their pressure. Not the supportive writing you'd expect from local journalists.
Anyway onto what is official.
West Brom have made a formal approach to Hibs to speak to Tony Mowbray. Hibs have confirmed the enquiry and they are making their manager aware of the interest.
"Hibernian is one of a number of clubs from whom Albion has sought permission to speak to its manager regarding the vacancy at The Hawthorns." says the Official West Brom website.
I appreciate it doesn't rule out Cardiff City but at least there's a positive link to Hibs.

Hibernian Football Club can this evening confirm that a formal approach from West Bromwich Albion has been received seeking permission to speak to manager Tony Mowbray regarding their vacant managerial position. The Manager has been made aware of the situation.
Burnley manager Steve Cotterill is still a possibility as is Alex McGleish.
