Transfer window still open for League clubs

The much publicised closing of the transfer window only affects Premiership clubs looking to buy players.

At Championship level and below transfers can continue normally and we can still buy from Premiership teams.

We cannot though bring players in from other countries. Only domestically.

So for example there is nothing to stop City signing any of the players linked from West Brom.
