Squad for Scotland

Newspaper reports earlier in the day published quotes from Ceri Hughes saying he would be staying in S Wales while first team squad travel to Scotland. Spencer Prior was also said to be staying behind but both players have been named by the club as going on the trip.

Mark Bonner has not travelled as he is nursing an ankle injury. Gavin Gordon is named in the squad but will only meet up later in the week.

The squad consists of 19 of the players who played at Merthyr, missing from Saturdays line up is the injured Bonner and the ommitted Josh Low and Mark Walton. In come Gavin Gordon, Peter Thorne and Martyn Margetson.

Hughes and Jordan are injured. The others I fear must be amongst those that Lennie is hoping to get off the wage bill.
