Spurs expecting tough test at Ninian Park

Spurs assistant manager Chris Hughton is expecting a tough time when they come to Ninian Park.

"It's a very tough draw, not just because it's an away tie, but because we're up against a Championship team enjoying a very good season," Hughton told www.spurs.co.uk

"When you go into any draw, ideally you want to be at home and then stay away from Premiership teams. I would say that aside from getting a Premiership team away, this is as tough as it gets."

Dave Jones has warned Tottenham it won't be easy at Ninian Park..

"It doesn't matter who you're playing - you've always got a great chance of winning a match like this when you're at home. And I'd like to think Spurs will find Ninian Park an intimidating place to play", said Jones

"There should be a full crowd, which will be good for our finances, and it's a potential banana skin for any Premiership club to come here.

"We want to get promoted so this will give us a real taste of what the Premiership's all about and what we could be facing week in, week out.

"It'll be a difficult match, but I'm sure it's one everyone connected with City is looking forward to."
