Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has returned to Norway and is coaching youth teams in his home town of Kristiansund.
The general manager of CFK confirmed to Wales On Line that Solskjaer has already overseen sessions alongside former Bluebirds No.2 Mark Dempsey, and said: “When the family moved back it fitted that he took over the club’s boys teams. You don’t say no to such things.”
But there are no plans for Solskjaer to head back to senior football at the club, with Pedersen adding: “We focus on player development, and we spend more resources on it than on the senior team. I don’t know how long he will be with us – hopefully as long as possible, but we assume he will get a job at a higher level in the future.”
