Referee anounced for Cardiff v QPR

.. Howard Webb of South Yorkshire.. The chap that referee'd the first leg game v Bristol City last Saturday.

Webb will be assisted by Roger East from Wiltshire and James Tattan from Merseyside.

The 4th official will be Mick Fletcher or Worcestershire.
