Peter, a Bluebirds fan who took over the pub - popular with City fans - just six weeks ago, has organised the event on Friday, November 26th (7.30pm).
Peter said: "As the pub is the closest to both the old ground and new stadium, I thought a race night would be a great way of raising money for the Keenor statue appeal which I support.
"I've been to race nights before and they are great fun and all profits from the event will go to the appeal fund."
Races from the past are beamed onto a big screen and then punters can bet on one or more of the eight horses taking part. They can even buy one of the horses in the race.
The Ninian Park pub hosted members of The Stand before the Norwich game as part of the promotion of the I'll Be There single launched in aid of the appeal.
Fund Press Officer Phillip Nifield said: "It should be a great night. Fans can have a gamble, perhaps win some cash but more importantly help raise funds for the statue appeal. We're very grateful to Peter for putting on this event."
Donations to the appeal fund can be made through the Co-operative Bank:
