Quincy has been on loan at Birmingham this season and scored what turned out to be the winning goal for the Blues at Ninian Park against City in September.
His last game for Birmingham was in a goalless draw with Swansea on December 28th.
He has played against us before. When at Arsenal Quincy played the 2nd half of the FA Cup tie at Highbury in 2006. He replaced Jose Antonio Reyes.
He was at the Gunners for 2 and half years before moving to Moscow.
He played international football for his native Netherlands at youth level, but in 2007 requested to become eligible to represent Ghana instead. FIFA approved his request on January 10, 2008, just ahead of the 2008 African Cup of Nations. Acc to Wikipedia.
The signing has been officially confirmed by the club today after Quincy admitted it himself while a guest on Sky's Soccer AM show.
He is 22, plays wide left or up front.
"He's a good player with great pedigree," said Peter Ridsdale.
