Spencer Prior is due to play a part in City's opening reserve team fixture of the new season. The Bluebirds take on Yeovil Town at Huish Park on Wednesday evening ko 7:45pm.
Prior will play some part in the game after recovering from a cartlidge operation.
Peter Thorne is still struggling with a foot injury. It could be a couple more weeks before he is back in action.
