In the past players have been sat on tables amongst the fans but this year it's different with the players sitting together. This has caused some concern from the fans that they will not have the chance to meet the players and enjoy the company of the men they support week in week.
Peter Ridsdale has issued a statement on the official Cardiff City Website which says
"The assumption that our players will be segregated from the fans at the function is incorrect. It's quite the contrary in fact.
"This club takes its responsibility to the community very seriously and as such our players will be attending the function this weekend after the Hull City game. As Chairman I have insisted that the players will be at the function early and in plenty of time to meet every fan who wants to say hello and have pictures taken. Such events are a part of their job and something that they enjoy doing as per our recent popular Easter promotion in St. David's Centre.
"As per the recommendations from event organiser Vince Alm, we have agreed that during the meal the players will be seated together, but this is based on the logistics of not being able to seat players on every table, coupled with the age of some of our younger players. It's by no means a segregation issue, as I am sure will be seen by those present on the night.
"I am sure that the Supporters Club function will be a great success, with the players and staff all looking forward to playing their part by interacting with supporters throughout the event."
Those going should be made aware that it is a suit and tie job, the full Code of Conduct from the Supporters Club reads:
