As previously reported Jimmy has been told he's surplus to requirements at Ninian Park after a claimed "verbal agreement" with the club. Taylor though claims there's no evidence to back this up and he's trying to arrange a meeting with the club to avoid an unnecessary court case.
"We are talking about a player who has had a glittering career and he should not have to face this in the evening of that career. It is just dreadful," said Taylor.
"He did all his pre-season and then turned up for training at Cardiff and was turned away and told his services were no longer required. He was devastated.
"This is a player who played his part in helping Cardiff get to a historic FA Cup final and now this happens."
