"I'm not going anywhere," said Parry, who is under contract until 2009.
"I'm happy with my form at City and enjoy living here, so there is no reason for me to go anywhere else."
There are rumours that a bid has been received for Parry and there are claims Norwich and Ipswich are interested in the midfielder who is currently enjoying a striking role and enjoying the better results the team are achieving.
"We've hit some decent form and I'm enjoying the more attacking role the gaffer has given me lately," Parry told the Echo. "It is certainly better then being stuck out wide waiting for the ball to come out to me.
"I'm now in the position to make things happen rather then wait for them to happen and the gaffer wants me to get beyond the back line which suits me better.
"I'm enjoying my football, like the rest of the team.
"Obviously, the changing rooms is a happier place to be now than a few weeks ago and in fairness it wasn't that bad before, because while we playing some good stuff we were not getting the results we deserved."
