Parry was injured before the semi final and has not played a competetive game since. He's now hoping to face Barnsley on Sunday to prove his fitness to Dave Jones.
"I've got to give everything I've got to be in that starting 11," he said.
"It's every boy's dream to be in a major Cup Final and hopefully I'll play on Sunday at some point".
"It's so disappointing not be involved in that semi-final. When they got through to the final I just said to myself I've got to get there.
"I need to get some match fitness back and I'll give it my all to be the manager's plans."
It's not just Pary that wants to play for his place. Other team members will be wanting to show Jones they are worthy of starting at Wembley..
"Everyone's going to want to play in the final so they've got to stake their claims as well as me," Parry continued.
"It's not just the final league game but perhaps the final thoughts for the manager to see who he wants to play in that final."
