Dave Jones said his squad was 'vitually back up to full speed' ahead of the trip to Carrow Rd to face Norwich.
Craig Bellamy will return to face his former club and Jones, having players available, will have to choose if Jon Parkin gets a debut or he sticks with Andy Keogh. I don't expect Jay Bothroyd to be involved but now it's not the injury that's concerning me it's the paper talk today of a move to Newcastle Utd. The North East press believe talks have taken place and The Magpies could grab Jay now for a knock down £2m.
Seyi Olofinjana missed the trip to Stoke last week but should play tomorrow and Jones has the option of having Danny Drinkwater available after a successful game for the reserves in midweek.
With no new defenders signed I imagine Kevin McNaughton will contine as a makeshift centre half alongside Mark Hudson.
Norwich have been in great form and have lost just once in the League since Cardiff beat them at the CCS back in October. That run has taken them to 3rd place, behind Cardiff only on goal difference. They were shocked last week though in the cup being beaten at home by Orient. Tomorrow they will try to mkae up for that to their home fans.
Carrow Rd is a bit of a graveyard for Cardiff. Just two wins from 23 visits with 18 defeats. Hopefully Craig Bellamy will go there and put one over on his former club.
The referee is K Stroud with assistants J Magill and D Rock.
Kick off is at 3:00pm and the game is being shown live on Danish channel Canal 9.
