No seeding for Euro 2004 play offs

There had been a concern that Wales would be one of the lesser teams against the more glamourous seeded teams. Of course we could still draw Holland or Spain but now it's a fair draw.

The Wales games coming up will have an effect on Cardiff City.

Wales v Serbia is pencilled in for 19:45hrs on Saturday October 11th. That means the Cardiff v West Brom game planned for that day will be postponed.

The play offs will be on Nov 15th and Nov 19th. Cardiff will have to postpone the home game v Preston on Nov 15th if we have 3 players called up.

The draw for the international play off games will be made on Oct 13th, 2 days after the full line up of teams is known.
