Newcastle player Kenedy has escaped a ban for his kick out at Victor Camarasa on Saturday.
Even though he hadn't been booked for the incident referee Craig Pawson awarded a free kick and so the FA deems to matter to be dealt with.
The award of the free kick seems to have been guesswork by the referee because if he had seen the kick he would have sent the player off immediately.
