As per an earlier article there has been good news for supporters with redecutions in the prices for the freindlies against Celtic and Valencia.
There were several other titbits of news coming from the meeting as reported by Trust representative Dave Sugarman.
Further information from today's meeting between Cardiff City Supporters' Trust and Supporters' Club reps and the club's officials:
1) The new season ticket cards are due to be delivered to the club on 22nd June, and the ticket office is aiming to get them all to our doorsteps by 1st July.
2) Fans are being encouraged to buy the £3.50 match cards for the forthcoming friendlies. These can then be used for the rest of the season. Paper tickets are only likely to be available on the day for these fixtures.
3) A total of eighteen Championship clubs are currently without shirt sponsors for next season. Vans Direct have not taken up the option of renewing their sponsorship for next season, and another potential sponsor has decided against the idea. However, City hope to have a new sponsor in place very soon and there could be positive news in this respect by the end of the week.
4) All of the bars inside the ground should be open for the friendlies, although some bars and restaurants in the Premier Club seating area are unlikely to finshed in time.
5) The club's new high-tech video screen will be in place for the Celtic game.
6) Tickets for the forthcoming League Cup tie against Dagenham and Redbridge are likely to be as cheap as the club can make them.
7) Unfortunately, the new club shop may not be open in time for the first couple of friendlies, although everything is being geared towards the Celtic game, so it should be open by then.
