M&S sign up to new retail park

Top retailer Marks and Spencers have joined the Cardiff City stadium development. M&S have committed themselves to 49,000 sq ft of retail space.

The biggest single store will belong to Costco, they have a whopping 135,000 sq ft of space taken up.

Asda's have 88,000 sq ft and JJB will have a 35,000 sq ft d building on two levels.

It's all systems go now for the development which could see retails units open in 12 months and the new stadium complete within 24 months.
