Hibernian have been back in training for several weeks. Their season started with an Inter Toto Cup contest in which they were beaten over two legs by Lithuanian side Vetra Vilnius. The game at Easter Rd ended 1 - 1 in extremely wet conditions, Hibs then lost the second leg 0 - 1 to be out of Europe even earlier than the Welsh league teams.
