Mr Wiley is a Premiership referee and his last job before the semi final was the Portsmouth v Wigan game at Fratton Park last weekend.

Wiley, from Staffordshire, has officiated 37 games so far this season issuing 118 yellow cards and 3 red cards. Incredibly the three red cards all came from games involving Arsenal.

He has taken charge of two Cardiff City games this season. The 1 - 0 defeat at Southampton and the 1 - 0 win at home to Plymouth.

In the FA Cup this campaign he was in charge of the Man Utd 4 - 0 Arsenal match at Old Trafford.
