Mr Foy is a Premier League referee with much experience. His last Cardiff game was a 3 - 2 defeat at Barnsley back in 2002. He goes back a long way with records show him refereeing Chester v City back in 1998.
So far this season he's handed out 32 yellow and 4 red cards in 12 games.
