Oliver Langford takes charge of Norwich v Cardiff tomorrow in his fifth match of the season. So far this campaign Langford has officiated two other Championship games (QPR 3-0 Leeds & Newcastle 1-2 Huddersfiedl) and two EFL League Cup games (Newport 2-3 MKDons & Stevenage 0-4 Stoke) where he has issued a total of 10 yellow cards and no red.
It's almost six year to the day that he took charge of his first Cardiff game. A 2 - 0 home win for the Bluebirds over Hull at CCS on September 11th, 2010. Peter Whittingham is the only member of the City squad remaining who played that day.
His last City game was the 2 - 1 away win at Nottingham Forest just over a year ago.

Langford is a very experienced match official, with eight seasons as an EFL referee under his belt. As part of the PGMO development programme, he has officiated in the Dallas Cup and Algarve Cup. He has now refereed nearly 200 EFL matches.
