"Players' contracts go on until the end of June so nothing is likely to happen until then. It is difficult to predict the changes that will take place but the wage bill has to be reduced somehow.
"I cannot discount any offers that come in for my players but no-one will leave Cardiff City unless the deal is in the best interests of the club."
"It was a day when a win meant that we moved up three places but it has not disguised the fact that we have still underachieved this year.
"The message to everyone now is that we must do better. This season we have put up a decent showing since the turn of the year and we are happy to finish on a winning note."

"I have been let down by my team's performance today even though it was slightly improved in the second half.
"It is true we have missed a few of our injured players particularly at the front but we gave them too much space and once again I am here in Cardiff unhappy with the result.
"I need a couple of players for next season but where we find the money for any deals I just don't know," he added.
"I don't believe in the transfer window and I shudder to think what will happen to us all next season. But it is leading to disaster and a lot of clubs are going to suffer.
"The rich are getting richer while we're getting poorer and the gulf between us and the Premiership clubs is massive and something has to be done about it."
