"I thought it was there to be won today but they are fine margins.
"I thought we had enough opportunities, hitting the bar two or three times. I was disappointed with the build-up to their goal, but it was a cracking strike to win it.
"I'm disappointed we haven't got three points, but that is football, that is the Championship.
"They couldn't have given me any more; there was just a lack of quality. There was a little bit of quality lacking in that front third of the pitch."

"What was important was that we saw this game out. After a late goal and looking a little all over the shop in the last 5-10 minutes of the Barnsley game the structure we had in the centre of the pitch and the personnel that came on and that we had on the pitch performed very well to limit Cardiff to virtually nothing in the last 10 minutes with them throwing caution to the wind."
