Millwall boss Alex Neil told Sky Sports:
"We conceded a goal a minute before half-time and then in the last minute of the game so from our perspective that is nearly criminal.
"Both goals, from our perspective we don't clear our lines properly, kick it straight to them and within one or two touches the ball ends up in the back of our net.
"In that respect we only have ourselves to blame.
"When you are tired that's when you need to dig-in and be professional and see the game out. When we score two goals and are 2-0 up, we expected to win the game from there. It's so hard to accept."
Cardiff City boss Omer Riza told BBC Sport Wales:
"I am so proud of my players. We made it really tough for ourselves to come here and go 2-0 down.
"We allowed them to get momentum early on, I think the emotion of the Swansea game caught up with us early on.
"But we grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck… it's a well-deserved point I think.
"We had to make five changes and that was difficult… but we approached the second half brilliantly and we earned that point."
