Cardiff City interim manager Mark Hudson:
"I thought the boys were dominant today, we showed our quality for most of the moments.
"To bounce back after the week this football club, the staff and the fans have had, to show that character today at home was testament to them.
"I had full belief in the team and it is nice to see that bit of magic [from Jaden Philogene] to make that difference."

"We weren't there today, we couldn't get pressure on the ball, weren't aggressive enough and it made it a more difficult afternoon for ourselves, and what felt like a comfortable afternoon for Cardiff.
"You're looking at ways of impacting the game with energy and very little resources at hand to do that, and the players couldn't quite find that within themselves.
"We're finding it really difficult to back up a good performance in the Championship with another one. We can say that's the league and the fixture list, but that's the nature of the beast."
