As for Liverpool they will definately be without Fernado Torres and Xabi Alonso. Both were injured against Arsenal. Javier Mascherano is receiving intensive treatment for a bruised foot so may or may not be available.
Of course with Rafa Benitez, the ultimate tinkerman, you never know what side he'll play. In the last round Liverpool played Reading at the Madejski and Benitez rested keeper Reina, started with Gerrard and Riise on the bench. Torres and Crouch played upfront with Carragher and Finnan in defence. Benayoun and Sissoko played in midfield. The side included three players i'd never heard of.
