Lee scored on his return to action for the reserves in midweek and has been included in the squad for City's trip to the East of England.
He's not kicked a first team ball for City since Walsall in August. He was sent off in that game and then was injured soon after on Irish duty.
Lee impressed on his return against Bournemouth reserves on Wednesday and scored a cracking header from a corner.
