Joe is a Cardiff City fan and would love to stay ad take the Bluebirds to the top flight but like all players he will have his price.
"Of course I'd love to play in the Premier League - every footballer wants to," said Ledley.
"But my dream is to play there with Cardiff City and I hope it can happen next year.
"At the moment it's up to the club whether I stay or not - if a bid comes in and they accept it I'd have to go, so I might be here next season, I might not.
"But hopefully I will because I'm enjoying my time there and I'd be happy to stay. The squad we've got is good enough to go up."
