Well the first claim is that Everton, who have been linked before, are the front runners. Today's Daily Mirror have a story with no quotes claiming Joe Ledley is high on Dave Moyes shopping list. Possibly a loan player could come in the opposite direction as well.
To be honest there could be something in the Everton rumours. Moyes has been spotted at City games. For Joe it would represent a move to a decent Premier League club who are in Europe next season.
All round a better move for him that panicing to Stoke last January (no disrespect to Stoke but Everton is a significant leap for any player from this division).
