With no official statements from either party we are reliant on the papers claims that WBA want £2m while Cardiff are offering £1.5m.

The Echo say that Albion Chairman Jeremy Peace have given City until end of play on Friday to complete the deal.

The Midlands version of the Echo say that WBA want City to "put their money where their mouth is".
