"There's a lot more to come from him and he can be pleased with what was a very positive workout for him.
"But it's going to take Jason time to get used to the pace of games again and sharpen up his speed of thought."

"Fair play to him for trying to put things right and he looks lean and hungry as well.
"When we've been at the training ground, he's been around the lads and is getting his head down and working hard.
"He's got great ability and if he keeps his head down and works hard, as he has been doing, he'll hopefully be involved in the first team soon."
