It had been previously reported that potential new sponsors were frightened off by City's representation as hooligans following the BBC documentary. Either way credit to Ken Thorne for supporting Cardiff City.
Ken Thorne is quoted on the official website press release saying
“We are delighted to continue our sponsorship and as a South Wales business with its head office in Cardiff, we want to support the Club in any way we can as they push for the first division and the Premiership.”
City Chief executive David Temme thanked Ken Thorne
“Ken Thorne, his family and group companies have been fantastic and we are delighted that they are continuing as our Club and shirt sponsor for another season."
The official website will have pictures of the new kit available on Monday.
