Cardiff City have not had an official celebration of their promotion success. The other play off winners have had open top bus parades but now City fans will get their chance to enjoy a huge party.
Discussions have been going on for over a week on how best to do this and a gathering at a location like Coopers Field behind Cardiff Castle is the most likely venue.
Full details will emerge over the next few days / weeks.
Cardiff County Council are thought to favour the Friday with the Club wanting a Saturday party. Either way it will probably be the biggest celebration by City fans since Fred Keenor brought home the FA Cup in 1927.
