The Oldham Athletic official site (link here) is reporting that a transfer has been agreed with Cardiff City subject to a successful medical.
Josh will not play on Saturday after an agreement with Cardiff City. His registration will be complete on Monday to allow him to play at Peterborough on Tuesday night.
Low made over 60 appearances for Cardiff in his time with the club and played a part in two very successful seasons for us.
