"There were a lot of positives from today despite defeat. In the first-half we created enough chances to go in front and we gave them a run for the money.
"It was probably only in the last 20 minutes of game when we made a lot of changes that your shape goes and they showed their class.
"They're probably one of the top three teams in Spain and we gave them plenty to think about as much as they did with us.
"The only sad thing is that we should have been better in front of goal and not as sloppy, we delayed passes too long and that's why they're top players because they don't delay passes."

"We exhibited a professional image. We did the same in the other games against big teams.
"Cardiff is also a good team, who will challenge for promotion to the Premier League next year. They played with a lot of intensity.
