Jeff Richards. Funeral details

They were a great source of comfort at a difficult time for both Jeff himself and his family, and they were overwhelmed to see how well loved and respected Jeff was. His son in law Carl printed off 12-15 pages of messages off the message board, and Jeff was fully aware of all those as his wife read them out to him. Jeff was amazed at the variety of thanks and well wishes and some of the scrapes he was reminded of!

For those who wish to attend the funeral, it is at 11:30am on Wednesday 25th March at Crematorium Lodge, Coychurch, Bridgend, CF35 6AB. The family have stated that everyone may feel free to wear City shirts, although standard funeral attire is obviously an option for those who don't wish to.

They have said that there will be family flowers only, with anyone wishing to donate being asked to send them to the following:

Phil Nifield has also been in touch with the family with regards to a piece in this Sunday's programme and Wayne Nash of CCFC is currently discussing the preferred methods of rememberance available to the club.
