MATCH PREVIEW
At 7.45pm on Tuesday, these were two of the Championship's three unbeaten clubs. Less than two hours later there was only one: leaders QPR, who strolled to a resounding 3-0 win at Ipswich.
Back at Portman Road four days after that disappointment, Roy Keane's side will be looking to make amends against Cardiff, who remained second in the table after losing at Leicester in midweek.
Ipswich have started much better than last season, but Keane still has some reasons to be concerned. They have failed to score in their last two matches, have not scored a first-half goal yet this season, and some of their defending against QPR was poor.
Cardiff's first loss of the campaign was a setback, but they remain in good shape. Only QPR have scored more and conceded fewer goals this season than the Bluebirds, who have netted 12 and let in just four.
