Injury blow for Croft

Gary Croft suffered a torn cartilage in training last week and is ruled out for at least 4 - 6 weeks. It was tough luck for Croft who was in with a chance of starting against his former club Ipswich at the weekend.

City are still without Peter Thorne. It was hoped that THorne would be able to take part at Kidderminster on Tuesday but that's not an option now.

"Thorney will hopefully be ready soon," Lawrence told the Echo, "but certainly not for Tuesday.

City's next game is then at home to Thorne's former club Stoke this coming Saturday.
