A knee injury in training has ruled Lee Tomin out for a number of weeks. Speaking after the 2 - 0 defeat at Stoke on Saturday Neil Harris said
"We lost Lee late in the week and he will miss six to eight weeks,"
"He has been very good for the last couple of months and now we need other players to step in and perform."
Tomlin's contribution since Harris took over has taken the club to the verge of the play offs and without him on the pitch at the Bet 365 Cardiff struggled to make any real chances and paid the price by conceding two sloppy goals.
With two home games coming up in the next week against Forest and Brentford Cardiff are going to need some creativity in the side, and fast.
