The On loan midfielder was originally set to miss out on City's 3rd round FA Cup tie but Bryan Robson has agreed that Inamoto can play for City and so mean he will not be allowed to play for WBA in the competition at any stage this season.
Inamoto's inclusion will almost certainly mean that City's new signing Tony Koskela will start on the bench.
Potentially then City's only change could be up front with Peter Thorne again nursing a sore neck. No decision has beeen announced yet on whether it will be Thorne or Alan Lee upfront with Cameron Jerome.
Joe Ledley is available and could be on the bench.
City possible
Warner, Weston, Gabbidon, Collins, Barker, Langley, McAnuff, Kavanagh, Inamoto, Jerome, Thorne or Lee.
Subs from Alexander, Williams, Vidmar, Fleetwood, Koskela, Ledley.
Blackburn have made two new signings this week. South African captain Aaron Mokoena has joined from Racing Club Genk while New Zealand captain Ryan Nelson has joined from US side DC United. Mokoena will be in the visitos squad but not Nelsen as his internatioanl clearance has not come through in time.

Friedel, Neill, Todd, Johansson, Matteo, Reid, Ferguson, Flitcroft, Emerton, Stead, Dickov, Enckelman, Gallagher, Thompson, Pedersen, McEveley, Douglas, Amoruso, Johnson, Gray, and Mokoena.
