Watford's win at Hull on Tuesday night means Cardiff can't get promotion until at least Saturday week but they will have one foot in the Premier League if they beat Watford at Vicarage Rd and will have their toes well and truly dipped if the Bluebirds draw on Saturday.
From the outside the real battle looks to be who will be promoted with Cardiff. But City need to secure more points first.
