High court proceedings started at 11.30am

Mr Justice Briggs, presiding, had already finished his first case of the day, that of one Mr Graham Calvert against William Hill bookmakers, in which he ruled in William Hills favour.

His second case is Langston v Cardiff City FC Limited. According to a correspondant who is at the high court the proceedings started slightly later than planned at around 11.30am.
