Full division 1 fixture list tonight

Last updated : 02 March 2004 By Michael Morris
Sunderland sit above City in 10th place, 2 points ahead. If City win and Sunderland fail to win then Cardiff would go 10th. Sunderland have three games in hand though. Defeat for City could see a fall of 3 places to 14th if Preston and Stoke both win their home matches.

With Cardiff on 46 points at the moment victory tonight would not only keep outside play off hopes alive it woould also put the club within 1 point of the mythical 50 point safety barrier for survival.

A City victory would also mean the play offs would be a maximum of 6 points away depending on other results.
