Reports earlier in the week that Conway had agreed terms have been borne out and the winger has signed a three year deal after his contract ended at Dundee Utd.
"It's really exciting to be coming and be the manager's first signing," he said. "I would imagine there's a few more to follow."
Conway immediately springs to mind as a direct replacement for Chris Burke.
He is 26 and made over 160 appearances for Dundee Utd in the past 5 seasons. He scored 16 goals in that time. He has two caps for Scotland.
Including Aaron Wildig, Cardiff only have 14 senior players. Conway becomes No. 15 and will be followed by several more as Malky Mackay rebuilds the squad.
Welcome to Cardiff.
