"I'm getting back to where I need to be and the injury has healed properly," said Conway.
"I'm returning for pre-season training a week earlier than the rest of the lads, so there's no reason for me to think that I won't be able to take in a full pre-season schedule and be ready to go come the start of the new campaign.
"The medical team at the club have had me follow a rehabilitation programme since the injury back in April and now I can focus on getting going again.
"I'm looking forward to our training camp in Switzerland. It'll be good to get back and see all the boys and following the recent investment we should be seeing new faces on board.
"The club is showing its ambition already this summer and it's great being part of things.
"We know what a good manager we've got and hopefully we can now continue building on the quality in our squad and really compete for automatic promotion next term."
Following his free transfer from Dundee United last summer, Conway went on to make 38 appearances in all competitions for Cardiff, scoring five times.
