Commonwealth gold for City supporter

As well becoming the first Welshman to win gold in the pool at the Commonwealth Games since 1974 I'm sure he's the first Welshman to do the Ayatollah as he stepped on the podium to receive his medal.

David is a keen City fan and when asked by Sharon Davies if the win meant more than City getting into the play offs he suggested that football was more important than swimming.
